Ice & Water Shield and Synthetic Underlayment:
We will install 44" of Ice & Water Shield at the eaves edge & valleys which helps protect your interior from water penetration due to ice damming. The remainder of the roof deck will covered with a durable synthetic underlayment.
Drip Edge:
Drip edge is installed at the eaves edge in order to direct water into the eavestrough and ultimately away from your home.
Metal Valleys:
We open up the valleys and use metal flashing. With closed valleys these areas are where you typically see the deterioration of the shingles because of the water & snow build up.
