Responsibilities:

- Possess the physical ability to safely ascend/descend a ladder, up to 40ft

- Ability to lift 80lbs

- Accurately communicate job requirements to Manger and customers

- Knowledgeable of the scope of work required to make necessary repairs

-  Maintain self, in a clean and professional manner

- Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures at all times

Requirements:

- 3 years minimum roofing experience preferred

- Valid driver’s license

- High School diploma or equivalent

- Ability to travel as needed

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong attention to detail, and good follow-through

- Positive/Solution based approach to challenges

- Comfortable with heights

- Be available for overtime and on-call work as needed

Applicants must be skilled in the following:

- Demo/removals

- Basic framing

- Window and door installation

- Various siding installations

- Deck construction

- Exterior trim

- General carpentry tasks

Qualifications:

- 3+ years carpentry experience

- Team player

- Polite and respectful

- Safety Orientated

- Organized and cleanly

- Ability to communicate professionally and respectfully with clients

- Ability to work independently as well as with others

- Ability to work effectively and efficiently without supervision

- Motivated self-starter

- Must be reliable and timely

- Must have reliable transportation

- Willingness to learn and grow within your trade

- General carpentry hand and power tools
