Our representative sits down with you to walk through the full scope of work — exactly what needs repair, and what we'll submit on your behalf. Once you're comfortable, we sign the work agreement so your claim is backed by a committed contractor with real scope and pricing behind it.

We submit to your insurer
Your complete damage package — photos, documentation, and our Xactimate scope of work in the same estimating format your insurer uses — goes directly to your insurance company. We handle the adjuster correspondence from there, so nothing gets missed or undervalued and you're not stuck playing middleman.

Approval and materials
Once your claim is approved, you choose your colours and materials. Most of our clients upgrade to Class 4 impact-resistant shingles — better protection before the next storm.

Restoration
